Why would I need a website?
There is unfortunately no short answer for this one. Among the few hundred reasons we can list here it should be enough to say that a website gives you the potential to reach millions of clients, fans, friends, and other businesses. Moreover, a website allows customers to view products, services, or whatever you want to share with them from the comfort of their own home.
I have a website that works “fine”. Why is it not enough?
This one is all about “first impression. When someone visits your website, it immediately effects their perception of the quality of your services or products. That perception totally depends on how your website appears. With the explosive growth in the popularity of mobile and tablet browsing, compatibility issues and bulky websites have become more problematic than ever. Do we need to physically meet for the project?
Generally speaking, for most cases meeting in person might not be necessary. We obviously enjoy meeting our clients face to face as much as it is possible. However, it is not necessary and in fact we can get the whole work done using email, phone and some fancy collaboration tools we will introduce you to ? We usually give you a private backyard on the internet for you to securely access and see what we’re doing before releasing it to the public. We then communicate regularly to discuss the web designs and functionality until it becomes exactly what you wish.
How much support do I get once the website is complete?
We support any website we design and develop and frequently monitor our portfolio to make sure they are as up to date and compatible with existing web standards. Web site maintenance is also an option to ensure our clients’ websites are never out of date. Finally, if you find a problem with your website, you can expect a quick fix in earliest humanly possible time.
Do I have to keep my website with you forever, or can I move it to another supplier to host it if I wish?
Given that it is “your” website, we give you full access and control over where you want to host your service, with how much bandwidth and with what packages. You are free to move your website to another web hosting service at any time. Perhaps more importantly, we don’t keep your website hostage once it’s complete. If you need to hide a page, add a few paragraphs to one section, or do any other relatively minor (or even major if you’re tech savvy) work, we provide you with full control and access to your website’s backend using an intuitive interface to make any necessary changes.
Can you make my website " Search Engine" friendly?
We build your website from the ground up having search engines in mind. Given our expertise in SEO, we help you get in front of your competitors as much as possible to rank better on search engine pages. We are Microsoft and Yahoo! veterans which means we know some stuff about search engines. However, it is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated every few months to make sure it still ranks high. Search engines ranking algorithms and heuristics constantly change and we want to ensure your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.

Do I need a database on my website?
The answer again… depends ? If you have a lot of information (specially videos, images and client data) you will almost certainly need a database. Also, if you plan to sell or features products on your website it will be necessary to have a database incorporated into your website design. We go over this and many other technical issues when we meet to discuss your needs.
How do I update my website?
There are many different methods which can be used to update websites. Here are a few: 1: We can provide an on line content management system where you can either update individual products/pages/services or particular sections of your website. e.g. company news. 2: We help you upload your entire product ranges to the website in one action using spreadsheets etc. 3: If needed, you can make changes to the database which in turn updates the website with new information. 4: If you still want us to make the changes instead of using your own time, you can let us know and we will do it for you.
Will everyone see my website the same?
Same old answer. It depends! Using technologies like flash or effects like mouse over make your website less compatible with certain browsers. We have years of experience in browser compatibility issues and take extra care to ensure your website runs smoothly on all major browsers, including tablet and mobile browsers. Obviously as technology alters then eventually all websites may need reevaluation.
Do you use Flash animation in your website design?
Yes. We offer flash animations as small splash screen effects for your websites. However, we strongly advise against high dependency on flash because of its lack of support on some modern browsers. More importantly, we do not design an entire website using flash as it becomes very difficult to make the website search engine friendly.
Can I get e-mail with my website?

Can I see how many visitors I've had to my website?
Yes. We provide you with highly sophisticated techniques that are very easy to use that show you exactly who, from where, when, for how long, and how your website is visited. In addition, we show you how to analyze which search engines, search terms and query terms your users have used to find your website.
How many pages can I have on my website?
As many as you like. For SEO (search engine optimization) purposes, the more (and of course better designed) the merrier!
I already have a website and I need it updating, can you help me?
Yes, we would be happy to look at you existing website and give you a quote for updating it. However, please note that re-factoring a poorly designed and built website is typically much more difficult than building the website from the ground up! This means it might in fact be more economically reasonable to create a new website rather than applying a “patchwork” approach.
